This notice explains how CyberAsquare Training Institute (“CyberAsquare,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information through our website, class inquiries, enrollment and training activities.

Information we collect and why

Inquiries: Our free-class and contact/enrollment forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number and, where provided, your program interest and question. We use this information to answer you, discuss classes and provide joining or enrollment details.
Student records: Enrollment and training can generate records of identity and contact details, enrolled courses, attendance, submitted work, assessments, completion and credentials. We use these records to administer training, provide support and verify educational history.
Payments: Tuition payments currently take place outside the inquiry forms through Zelle. We receive payment confirmation and the payment evidence you send so we can reconcile tuition and confirm enrollment. Do not send account passwords, full bank-account numbers or unrelated financial information. Your bank and payment service handle their own processing.
Technical information: Hosting and website services process information such as IP address, browser/device details, requested pages, timestamps and errors to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems and protect against misuse.
Class recordings: Recorded online sessions may include participants’ names, voices, video, chat or shared work. Recordings support instruction and student review. Ask us about participation options before a recorded session if you have privacy concerns; avoid sharing sensitive or employer-confidential information.

Submitting an inquiry does not complete enrollment or payment. Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification documents, passwords, health information or confidential workplace data through these forms.

Services, sharing and external links

Information is handled by CyberAsquare staff and service providers involved in hosting, email delivery, website administration, backups, payment reconciliation and training delivery. Our website uses Bluehost hosting and WordPress; inquiry notifications are delivered through Google/Gmail using WP Mail SMTP. Email providers process the contents and delivery details of those messages. Technical assets supplied by external content-delivery services, including jsDelivr, can expose your IP address and browser information to those services when your browser requests them.

When a class uses a separate meeting, lab or registration service, that provider also processes the information needed for its service under its own privacy terms. External links, including map and payment links, take you to services with separate privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to address a valid legal request, resolve a dispute or protect the rights and security of students and our services. Requests for education-record verification should be directed to us so we can check the requester and the appropriate authorization before disclosure.

Cookies and website measurement

WordPress and website components use cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as login, session management and preferences. WooCommerce components can also record referral and visit information for order attribution. Third-party resources may receive technical request information even without a cookie. Browser settings let you block or remove cookies, although some functions may stop working. This notice does not treat your use of the site as consent to unrelated marketing.

How long we keep information

Class inquiries and contact-form submissions: We retain these for 12 months after the last contact, then delete them from active records, unless relevant information becomes part of an enrolled student’s record or continued retention is needed for a legal obligation or dispute.
Student enrollment and academic records: We retain these indefinitely to maintain educational history and support future verification of enrollment, attendance, achievement and completion, subject to applicable legal requirements. This policy does not make every email, technical log, payment screenshot or class recording a permanent academic record.
Other records: Payment and accounting records, security logs, recordings and operational records are retained for the purposes for which they are needed and applicable legal or dispute requirements. Students’ access to class recordings is available for one year after the course ends; that access period is distinct from retention of academic records.
Backups: Deleted information may remain in restricted backup copies until those copies are replaced or expire. Backup copies are retained for recovery rather than routine use.

Your choices and requests

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Please describe the request without emailing sensitive identity documents. Applicable rights depend on your circumstances and location. If we cannot fulfill a request in full because records must be retained or another exception applies, we will explain the reason. Indefinite academic-record retention does not override rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.

You can ask us to stop optional promotional communications by replying to a message or emailing us. Necessary communications about an active enrollment or an outstanding request may still be sent.

Security and younger visitors

Our website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website, email service or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access or accidental disclosure to the contact address above. We will assess reported incidents and provide notifications where required.

This career-training website is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about a child under 13 through these forms. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Please review it when providing information or enrolling. Contact us with questions about any change.
